Antifragile
Antifragile: Things that Gain from Disorder
Nassim Nicholas Taleb
What it’s about
This book introduces and explains the concept of antifragility, which is a feature of an organism, organization, or ecosystem which enables it to improve when exposed to stress such that ‘what doesn’t kill it makes it stronger.’
Why I like it
There are few, possibly no, more important features to build into the culture of your self, your organization, and your society, than the ability to be antifragile in the face of stress and challenges. This concept needs to be understood and embedded into the mindset and culture of every organization in order to be capable of contributing value through the myriad eventualities sure to arise.
